• Fill out a registration form, one per player. This form must be signed by the player who is 18 years of age or by a parent or guardian and returned to Banshee Paintball. (Link to the registration form)
• Fill out a Mersey Road waiver form, one per player. This form must be signed by the player who is 18 years of age or by a parent or guardian and returned to Banshee Paintball. No player will be allowed on the field without submitting one. (Link to the waiver form)
• The registration fee of $40 is as follows:
  • Cash in store, or debit *Debit will be subject to HST
  • Money order or check by mail payable to Eric Fisher c/o Banshee Paintball. Your mess kit will be mailed to you.
  • Credit card is accepted by phone or in store and will be subject to HST

• Paint is $20 per 500rd bag, HST included

• Pre-purchasing paint and pre-filling tanks at Banshee Paintball is strongly encouraged. This will help reduce the game day chaos

Prize Draws:
       Stay tuned, all prizes will be posted on the website leading up to event day.
       Banshee will be presenting three seperate draws.

1. Pre-purchasing Paintballs - Each bag of paintballs gives one ticket when purchased in store.
2. B.O.G. Members Only Draw - are automatically entered upon registration
3. WWX Draw - all returned armbands are entered into this draw for a chance to win one of several prizes.

CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

• A position will only be held once the entry fee has been paid. Each player will be assigned a number and rank under one of 6 teams per side.
  Note: once a player has been assigned a number and rank it is unchangeable. It is the responsibility of each player to know his/her number, rank and squad. Each arm band will be numbered. The armband is your ticket for the prize draw. It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that the arm band is returned at the end of the game or dropped into the draw bin for a chance to win some prizes. Banshee Paintball will be contacting those players who have not returned their arm band.
  
• Refunds: There will be no refunds for Warriors in the Woods X. All players should stay tuned to the Banshee Paintball website for weather updates.
  

B.O.G. Discount Card:
       Banshee Paintball offers a discount program which entitles members to 10-35% off of all
       products in store and other special offers throughout the year.
       Members receive an identification card and choice of kit pack or subdued crest.
       The membership is valid for one year effective the date of enrollment and costs $80.00

       WWX B.O.G. members receive a free BT grenade with every 'Pre-purchased' case of game paint
       plus an automatic entry for a member only prize draw.

• Any style paintball marker may be used.
• Paintball grenades and smoke bombs are permitted under safe weather conditions.
• A mask must be worn on the playing field at all times. If you need to remove or adjust your mask for any reason, do so off the field in the neutral zone. (staging area / parking lot)
• When leaving the field you must use a barrel plug or sleeve on your paintball marker. Your marker should have the safety on and be un-cocked. Keep your fingers off the trigger.
• It is strongly recommended that every player or participant (male or female) wears proper safety gear. This includes;
  • -throat protection (hockey throat guards are best)
  • -Groin protection (hockey or karate protectors are best)
  • -Protective gloves for the back of your hands
  • -Female participants will want to wear chest protection
  • -Approved paintball mask

PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Non-event paintballs
• knives, weapons, flares, or fireworks
• velocity adjusting tools on the field.

• Banshee Paintball is supplying the event paint for WWX. Any player caught using paint other than the event paint will be disqualified immediately. No refunds!

CHECK IN AND ITINERARY

• 8:30-9:00am Upon arrival at Mersey Road
  • Claim a spot at the staging area
  • Renters pick up your rental equipment
  • Gear up, chronograph your marker and be prepared for briefing at 10:00am sharp, everyone must attend!!!
• 10:00am Briefing. Every player must attend!
• 10:30am Team Meeting. Both teams will have 30 minutes to assemble and receive instruction from their Team General.
• 11pm Game time
• Lunch between 1-2pm, then teams switch sides
• 4pm Game is over. Points are tallied and announced.
  Prize draw, salutations and clean up time.

GROUND RULES

• Alcohol and drugs are not permitted either before or during the tournament. Intoxication will not be tolerated.
• Fires of any kind or size are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed on the tournament premises at any time without the field operator’s permission.
• It is each player’s responsibility to know the rules. Ignorance of the rules is not accepted grounds for breaking the rules.
• No smoking on the playing field.
• It is the responsibility of each player to clean up after themselves before departing for the day.
